1. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship orders across India through our trusted logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery, Shiprocket, Bluedart, etc.).
- International shipping may be introduced soon (if applicable).
2. Dispatch Time
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.
- Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.
4. Shipping Charges
- We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499 (you can decide threshold).
- For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 will apply.
- COD orders may have an additional charge of ₹10 per order.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with the tracking ID and courier details.
- You can track your order on our website or directly on the courier’s website.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available in selected pin codes only.
- Customers are requested to pay the exact order amount in cash at the time of delivery.
7. Delays & Exceptions
- Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or courier issues.
- Siddhidhata Ayurveda is not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues with our courier partner.
8. Wrong Address / Non-Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability of customer may be reshipped with additional charges.
