1. Return Window
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging including all tags and accessories.
- In a saleable condition.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Please note certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Products past expiry or near expiry.
- Products opened for health or hygiene reasons.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
4. How to Request a Return
- Go to My Account → Orders → Request Return, or contact us at Info@siddhidhataayurved.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll guide you through the return process if your item qualifies.
5. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our end.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we’re not liable for damage or loss during transit.
6. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Razorpay / UPI / Net Banking: credited to your account.
- Cash on Delivery: may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit (specify your preferred method).
- Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the payment provider.
7. Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds in the following cases:
- If the product is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
- If the return request was made after the specified return window.
8. Defective or Wrong Items
In the unlikely event you receive a defective item or the wrong product, email us at Info@siddhidhataayurved.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
