We currently ship orders across India through our trusted logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery, Shiprocket, Bluedart, etc.).
International shipping may be introduced soon (if applicable).
2. Dispatch Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.
Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499 (you can decide threshold).
For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 will apply.
COD orders may have an additional charge of ₹10 per order.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with the tracking ID and courier details.
You can track your order on our website or directly on the courier’s website.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available in selected pin codes only.
Customers are requested to pay the exact order amount in cash at the time of delivery.
7. Delays & Exceptions
Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or courier issues.
Siddhidhata Ayurveda is not responsible for delays beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving issues with our courier partner.
8. Wrong Address / Non-Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability of customer may be reshipped with additional charges.
